- Information you give us directly — when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, Instagram or TikTok, you may share your name, contact details and information about your shoot or enquiry.
- Basic technical data — like most websites, our host records standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking systems.
- Essential cookies — we use a single cookie to remember that you have seen our cookie notice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
- To plan, deliver and follow up on photography and videography services you book.
- To keep the website secure and to understand, in general terms, how it is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
3. Galleries
Our photography and videography galleries are displayed directly on this website. We do not use a third-party gallery platform, and browsing a gallery does not require you to sign in or share any personal information with us.
4. Service providers we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and our service:
- Website hosting — serves this site and keeps standard security logs.
- WhatsApp / Meta, Instagram and TikTok — only if you choose to contact us through them, in which case their own privacy terms apply.
- Google Fonts — used to display the site's typography; this may involve your browser requesting font files from Google.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Delivered images are retained according to the terms agreed for your specific booking. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
6. Your rights
Consistent with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, simply contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.
8. Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
