This website is operated by Selasie Visual Studio ("SVS", "we", "us"), a registered sole proprietorship in Ghana owned by Patrick Selasie Dugo, based in Accra. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
1. About this website
This site is an informational portfolio showcasing our galleries. It is not an online store — no payments are taken or processed on this website. Bookings, quotes and payments are arranged directly with us and are governed by a separate booking agreement.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photographs, videos, the Selasie Visual Studio name and logo, text and design — is the property of Selasie Visual Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, download, reproduce, screenshot for reuse, edit, repost or use any image, video or other content from this site or from our galleries without our prior written permission. Sample and portfolio images are shown for illustration of our style.
3. Galleries
The galleries on this website showcase our portfolio work. Any delivery of images from a booking is arranged directly with you under your booking agreement, which sets out your downloading and print rights. We do not use a third-party gallery platform.
4. Bookings & quotes
Enquiries made through this site (by WhatsApp, email or social media) are an invitation to discuss — they do not by themselves create a binding contract. A booking is confirmed only once terms are agreed in writing and any required deposit is received. Our standard terms, which will be confirmed in your booking agreement, include:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date.
- The balance is due before final delivery of edited images.
- Your private online gallery is available for 30 days (extensions may be arranged).
These figures are indicative and may vary by package; the agreement you sign for your shoot takes precedence.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape or harvest content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those external sites.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selasie Visual Studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
